Receiving Associate Job Description

Overview

We are a growing company that is looking for an experienced receiving associate to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for the delivery of all mail and other items in accordance with established procedures. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong organizational skills.

The receiving associate is responsible for assisting with receiving and processing mail and invoices. The person in this position will be responsible to assist with all aspects of customer service, including checking receipts, billing, shipping, inventory control, tracking payments, making payment transfers and handling credit card transactions.
