The Business of 21st Century

As we can feel the time is changing in terms of economy. We need more and more money to update our living and anything which is limited is not going to fulfill our dreams. Even if you are working for a good organisation who you think is taking care of you, can not do that, as aspirations and dreams of human are endless. Just like however bigger a cage is, it can’t be as big as the sky, in the same way, there is always a limit of employee’s earning. Even if you are earning good enough being an employee, according to me there is no meaning to earning such thing which doon’t supports you in earning more and more money as anyway one day you are going to lose your working stamina and you are unable earn more.

As most of the people are aware of these facts so they trust on retirement plans and job security, but how can your job is secure if your company will go into recession and can’t support you.

Now it is time to look into yourself. Most of the people earn money by 4 ways: as employees(E quadrant), small business owners(s quadrant), business owners(B quadrant), and as an investors(I quadrant).
The people in E & S quadrant are earning money but the money they are earning is not as productive as it could be as the value of money they are earning is not growing as faster as it’s purchasing capacity is decreasing.

People in E quadrant are stuck in their basic philosophy: Go to school, Study hard, get a good job and work hard. They feel secure in their comfort zone but in fact, they are not secured because if for any reason(illness or accident) they are unable to work, their earning will stop and asset starts to decline.

The people in S quadrant are the best worker in their team but as they lack leadership skills(in fact leadership ethics). They think the best way to do anything is to do it by own, but they are also not secured in the same way as people in E quadrant are. As when they are unable to work, there will no one to replace them and work for them, as he is the only leader in the team.

The people in E or S quadrant only earn money but not asset. As that money doesn’t earn for them, it is not an asset. Whereas the people in B or I quadrant build assets which earn for even when they are not working. In another way they replicate themselves and their every entity earns money for them. It multiplies their working power to become rich.

People in both E and S quadrant lacks some skill which people in B or I quadrant have. These people are passionate about the B or I quadrant but they can not jump in these due to fear of failing. Even if they jump in B quadrant, they fail as every one knows the success rate of startups are less than 5% and investment needed for the startups are about 5 million. Apart from money, being in B quadrant need lot of will and real life business education(which comes from experience and takes time to learn).

So the question is, what to do now? You are not secure in E or S quadrant and you cannot jump in B quadrant. Should we go to Business schools and learn ?As they can not teach you real world business education, so there is no point in going there. Should you learn by failing in business ? But as life is short you can not afford to fail, learn and implement every time.

Here comes the unconventional way of business “Network Marketing”, because it is the safest way to build a business in this information age. In network marketing, you will loose in only one case if you quit the network. Even if you have made a network and you will stop working for it network will work for you.

To be rich you have to learn real-world business education, you have to learn to face your fears, fight and overcome them. Network marketing brings a lot of opportunities for the personal development, overcoming the fears while managing people, looking onto their life etc. In network marketing you build circle of friends who share the same dream, in fact in any other business you create competitors but in network marketing, you grow connections and everybody is bound to support one another for their personal growth even. Its’ like a human block chain, It’s value will increase as more and more people get into it and the network becames bigger and bigger.

This modal of business is fully scalable as you are replicating yourself and as maximum people are found in the average zone so it is always easy for an average person to replicate himself and accelerate in this business. Here you don’t need very good leadership skill to make connections but as you work for longer period, you will develop leadership skill and management skills on their own after connecting different people and understandings their mindset. This is the way in which you make genuine wealth and also create opportunities for others.

According to data, network marketing is more populated with women, they works in their spare time looking after family. According to me, women are accelerating into this business as they have the patience to be in this for some time and let their network build.

Network marketing is business of 21st century as it is totally democratic in nature and it gives equal opportunities for everyone in teams. It is opposite of previous business models which distributes the income in an unfair manner. It does not requires enormus skill, but it teaches those skills. The only skill it requires is to be patience and keep learning.
