Weekly Reflection 1

This week I jumped back into working on my thesis by optimizing some of the particle effects. I changed the way some of them look and work within the scene in order to make things feel more coherent. I also wrote scripts that will enable me to change the attributes (movement, color, size) of the objects in the scene more easily. Hopefully these changes will make the rest of the project go more smoothly.

Next week I intend to actually get the project set up with the Vive, instead of using my phone to test it as I am now. That will allow me to create the animations that fit with the room I will be using for the senior showcase.

Ive found in working on this project that a lot of things that I think might not take too long can sometimes become a block on the whole project, and I should budget more time for each specific task than I have been in the past
